| This is a rare and unusual case of UNRELEASED and RELEASED! This puzzle game was released in Japan under the name 'Puyo Puyo'. It was quite a success, but concidered too wacky for a UK/US release. However, after the phenomenal success of Sonic The Hedgehog, Sega released the same game under the name of 'Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine'. Whilst both games are nearly identical as far as the gameplay goes they did have a few subtle differences one of which was throwing out the cool Japanese music and replacing it with some dreadfull western stuff. |
